The final result may vary in style, linework, coloring, shading and background.• No specific requests will be accepted (pose, expression, mood, outfits, etc.). Creative decisions are entirely up to me, based on your character.

Terms of Service

Last update: March 16th, 2026✦ GUIDELINES ✦• I only work in my own art style;
• Do not remove the watermark;
• You must be 18+ years old;
• Full payment is required in advance within 48 hours;
• Payment plans can be discussed;
• I do not work on weekends (these days are currently reserved for family and studies).✦ PAYMENT & REVISIONS ✦• All prices are in USD. Commissions are paid in advance via PayPal;
• You may request a refund if I haven’t started your commission yet;
• Refunds are not available once the sketch has been approved;
• No refunds will be issued after the artwork is completed;
• Revisions are free during the sketching phase;
• If you wish to change something in a drawing you previously approved, a fee may apply;
• Changes requested after the final commission has been sent will be charged (unless it was a mistake on my part).✦ PROCESS & DELIVERY ✦• I will start your sketch as soon as possible once payment is received;
• You will be added to my public workflow on Trello.
• Delivery time depends on the commission type and complexity;
• Finished files are sent via the client's chosen email. This is a digital product; no physical item will be shipped.
• It is your responsibility to save your files. After one month, I often delete or archive old files and cannot guarantee resending or editing them.
• Depending on complexity, art can take between 2 weeks to 3 months to finish. Experimental pieces and reference sheets may take longer.
• If you have a specific deadline, please let me know!✦ COPYRIGHT POLICY ✦The artist retains all rights to the commissioned piece.
• I reserve the right to upload the piece to any social platform or include it in my portfolio. If you are uncomfortable with this, please let me know;
• I reserve the right to blacklist any client caught committing copyright infringement;
• Artwork is for personal use only.The client is allowed to:
• Print and use the commissioned piece for personal purposes;
• Claim rights to their characters within the piece, but not the artwork itself;
• Post the commissioned piece on social media. Credit is always appreciated!The following are considered copyright infringement:
• Claiming the artwork as your own;
• Reproducing or profiting from the commissioned piece;
• Editing and/or removing the watermark;
• Using the artwork commercially (making money from it in any way).✦ ADOPTS / DESIGNS ✦• Do not resell the character/design for more than you originally paid;
• Do not claim credit for the creation; even though you bought the art, the design credit remains mine;
• Please only bid if you are 100% sure you can pay immediately (unless a payment plan is negotiated);
• By adopting a character, you confirm that you accept the Terms of Service.
• Digital goods - No physical shipping. This is a non-refundable digital character design;
• Pre-Bidded adopt designs are not eligible for edits unless "autobought." These are character adopts, not custom designs.
