EXPERIMENTAL ✧ PAY WHAT YOU WANT

• This is an experimental commission option, entirely based on artistic freedom.Pay whatever you want (minimun $50). The outcome of the piece may vary a lot in style; lines, coloring, shading, background, etc.• I won't take pose, expression or mood descriptions and other specific stuff, this is all up to me to decide based on what I get from your character(s).

☾ ✦ Terms of Service ✦ ☽

✦ GUIDELINES ✦• I can only do my art style;
• Don't remove the watermark;
• You must have 18+ years old;
• Full payment in advance within 48 hours;
• Payment plans can be discussed.
• I don't work on weekends (they are days for family and studies for now)

✦ PAYMENT & REVISIONS ✦• All commissions are paid in advance!
• I can only accept payments via PayPal.
• Prices are in USD
• Revisions are free during the sketching phase;
• If you want to change something in the drawing you have previosly approved, a fee can be charged;
• Changes after sent the finished commission will be charged (unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made).

✦ PROCESS & DELIVERY ✦

• As soon as I get paid, I will start your sketch as soon as possible;
• Delivery time will be decided according to commission type and complexity;
• Commissions are delivered via e-mail. There is no physical product.
• Depending on the complexity of the art I can take between 1 to 3 weeks to finish. Experimental illustrations and big references sheets may take longer.

✦ COPYRIGHT POLICY ✦

The artist holds all the rights to the commissioned piece.
• I have the right to upload the piece on any social plataform and/or include the piece in my portfolio. If you're not comfortable with that, please let me know;
• I have the right to blacklist a client if they're caught committing copyright infrigement;
• If you wish to use the work for commercial purposes, we will discuss an extra charge and an agreement on the copyright & usage.The cliente is allowed to:
• Print and use the commissioned piece for personal use;
• Claim the rights to their characters in the piece, not the piece itself;
• Post the commissioned piece on social media and use on any plataform. Credit is always appreciated!
• Use the piece for commercial use if the client has paid for commercial use.Considered as copyright infringement:
• Claiming the artwork as your own;
• Reproducing the commissioned piece and/or profiting for it;
• Editing and/or removing the watermark included in the piece;
• Using the copyrighted artwork commercially (means making money off it in any way).

✦ REFUNDS ✦

• I reserve the right to cancel or refund the order at any time for any reason;
• If i can't seem to start/finish the commissioned piece due to personal reasons, i'll refund the client in full;
• Full/partial refunds are not applicable if ever the client is unsatisfied with the finished piece. I will always ask if the client wants to change anything or if they are satisfied;
• If the client would like to cancel the order and i haven't started yet, 100% of the full price will be refunded. If i'm in the process of sketching, 60% will be refunded;
• If the client client hasn't sent over the full payment after 48 hours, they or i have the right to cancel the commission.
